Installation Service
Our full timber frame erection service is carried out by our trusted third-party installation partner, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient on-site delivery. This comprehensive service includes:
- Experienced, time-served labour for timber frame and truss installation
- Installation of steel beams and posts
- Supply and installation of all required safety systems, including safety nets or trad deck
- Provision of cranes and all necessary paperwork
- Supply of all essential fixings, including:
- Nails
- Screws
- DPC
- Staples
- Timber-to-steel fixings
- PVA chipboard glue (supplied by others)
- Dedicated insulation/VCL team to install site-applied insulation, vapour control layer, and battens to meet specified U-values (U-value calculations to be provided by others)
- (Optional Extra) Installation of fascia and soffit
- (Optional Extra) Installation of stairs
