Bespoke Design Service

With over 40 years of design and manufacturing experience, our technical team provides a full bespoke timber frame design service.

Here’s how it works:

1. Send Us Your Drawing
   Submit your architect’s drawings in .PDF or .DWG format. Ideally, include:
   • General arrangement
   • Elevations
   • Specification requirements
   • Site locator plan (with address)
2. Receive a No-Obligation Quote
   We’ll provide a tailored quote within a few working days. Our team is available to discuss any changes or questions.
3. Design Development
   After acceptance, we request a 10% deposit and begin producing full design and engineering drawings for your approval.
4. Final Design Freeze
   Once approved, the design is frozen to ensure manufacturing accuracy. A 50% payment is then required.
5. Site Survey
   We visit site to verify slab/foundation levels or guide you through it virtually.
6. Production & Delivery
   We manufacture your panels and aim for delivery within a week. The final 40% payment is due prior to delivery.
7. Optional Installation Service available
