Come and see it made
You are welcome to visit. It is a straightforward offer and a surprisingly rare one: come to the factory, see the timber, see the presses, and look at a roof like yours being built before it goes on the lorry. Most people who do it arrive with one question and leave with a much better brief. If you are specifying trusses for the first time, or you have had a bad experience with a supplier who was only ever a call centre, an hour here is worth more than any amount of literature.
Chester and the conservation constraint
Chester’s historic core and the conservation areas around it mean an extension or a roof replacement usually has to match what is already there, closely enough to satisfy a planner. Pitch, ridge height and eaves detail are far easier to get right in the truss design than to correct once the roof is up. Send us the approved drawings and we will manufacture to them, and where the existing structure has settled our free site measure service means the truss is designed around the building as it stands rather than as it was drawn.
Rural, agricultural and exposed sites
Much of the work across North Wales is not estate housing. It is self-build, barn and agricultural conversion, and replacement roofs on buildings that have stood in weather for a century or more. Long clear spans over open agricultural buildings, awkward existing structures, and sites where the exposure is a genuine design input rather than a formality. We manufacture prefabricated trussed rafters spanning up to 16 metres and individual sections up to 4.5 metres high, each designed to your project rather than pulled from a catalogue.
