Step 1: Provide Your Plans and Elevations
The process begins with you sharing all your plans, elevations, and section drawings with us. This initial step allows us to provide you with an accurate quote. If you decide to proceed, we’ll move on to scheduling a site visit.
Step 2: Preparing for the Site Measure Visit
Before your site measure visit, there are a few important factors to consider to ensure the process goes smoothly:

While we’re based in North Wales, we proudly deliver our services nationwide. If your site is located further afield, there may be a small fee associated with the site measure. Additionally, we might request photographs of your site to make any necessary preparations for surveying. Feel free to reach out to our team for pricing information on site measures.
Step 4: The Site Measure Visit
On the day of the site measure, your dedicated surveyor will spend anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours on-site, depending on the size and complexity of your project. They will begin by taking external measurements and then move on to internal measurements within the existing loft space, if necessary. Following the site visit, we request just one working day to return a finalized quote to you.
Step 5: Order Your Trusses and Joists
With your quote in hand, the final step is to place your order for trusses and/or joists. Once your order is confirmed, you can expect delivery of your products on-site within a brief 5 working days.
