Please find below a list of frequently asked questions which our technical staff have come across in our many years. We appreciate that we are not open 24 hours a day and many of our customers will work outside of our hours, but rest assured, you can email our department at any time, but maybe the question that you need the answer to is listed below.

Q. Do you provide drawings or calculations?

A. Drawings of every truss and layout setting out drawings are supplied with the itemised detailed roof truss quotation. The quotation and drawing service is supplied to yourselves, free of charge.

A copy of calculations for roof trusses can be supplied (upon placement of an order) to yourselves or direct to building control.
