FAQ
Please find below a list of frequently asked questions which our technical staff have come across in our many years.
We appreciate that we are not open 24 hours a day and many of our customers will work outside of our hours, but rest assured,
you can email our department at any time, but maybe the question that you need the answer to is listed below.
A.
Our deliveries are scheduled by our production manager to determine
a day for your delivery which is 5 working days from when you
place your order. If you do not require them that soon, then please
let us know when placing your order.
If you need the delivery to arrive to meet a crane on site, then
please let us know when placing the order.
The production manager may send
you a transport request form to let you know how many persons will be required
on site to meet our wagon, or whether you will need a crane or telescopic fork lift
truck to unload heavy and awkward shaped loads and to enquire about site access restrictions.
If you need to know the time for your delivery, you can give us a call on the day before,
and we will then have a good idea as to what time your delivery should be with you.
