Please find below a list of frequently asked questions which our technical staff have come across in our many years. We appreciate that we are not open 24 hours a day and many of our customers will work outside of our hours, but rest assured, you can email our department at any time, but maybe the question that you need the answer to is listed below.

Q. Can I have my roof trusses and timber treated with a preservative?

A. Yes; we can supply products that have been treated with Protim Osmose , which is a water based environmentally and human friendly preservative.

We also stock cans of Protim's cut end preservative which you will require once you have cut your loose timber on site. This is easily brushed on the untreated ends of the timber.
