We appreciate that we are not open 24 hours a day and many of our customers will work outside of our hours, but rest assured, you can email our department at any time, but maybe the question that you need the answer to is listed below.

Q. Are you a member of a trade association?

A. Yes; we were one of the founder members of the Truss Rafter Association (TRA) formed to represent the interests of the pre-fabricated roof truss industry, which only permits membership to manufacturers who have the highest standards of Quality Assurance and a specified level of Professional Indemnity Insurance.
